Architects Registration Board

We are compliant with the RIBA Code of Professional Practice.

In 2020 partner Simon Blunden was elected the president of the Lancaster and Westmorland branch of the RIBA.

We use the RIBA Plan of Work to help organise our clients projects and to explain the different stages of a project.  The Plan of Work sets out the stages of a project from initial feasibility discussions, through design and obtaining permissions, through the construction phase and right up to the end of the finished project. Every project will have it’s own requirements in terms of the most suitable level and extent of service that we provide. The Plan of Work helps us define exactly which services are required for each project.
